My order hasn't come in yet, and the customer service team isn't being very helpful in sorting it out.

I still haven't gotten my order. I've sent a bunch of emails, but no reply. It feels like I've paid for something that ain't coming.

I haven't received any emails or messages from Beached whatsoever. I placed my order 8 days back, and it mentioned Royal Mail delivery, so it ought to have arrived by now. A buddy of mine went through the same thing, and it took her 5 weeks to get her item without any word on what was going on.

I haven't gotten the item yet. I've sent three emails trying to follow up, but nobody has responded. Here I am, without a product that I've already paid for!

I made a purchase on October 7th, and the item still hasn’t shown up. After reaching out to Beached, I got an automated reply telling me to get in touch with someone else who handles their orders. I've sent multiple emails to them, but I haven’t heard back at all. They’ve already charged me for the item. I won’t be shopping with this company again, and I want my money back right away because I’m really unhappy with how I’ve been treated.

I've been with this company for a bit and really dig the product. But, I still haven't gotten the item I ordered more than a month back. Customer service has been totally unresponsive.

The item I ordered never showed up, but you went ahead and took my cash! I've reached out to you twice through email and haven't heard back!!!! Can someone please get in touch with me and explain what's happening and issue a refund?????

Absolutely terrible customer support.

I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint, and I'm also still waiting for my product to show up, even though they were super fast to take my money!!!!!

I was really excited to try out the Rays for Days product, but now, ten days after placing my order, I still have no clue when it’s gonna show up. At first, their communication seemed good since I got a response to my initial email within a day. But after that, it’s been downright terrible—like, no communication at all! Well, except for the email they sent asking me to leave a review! And they’ve charged me too. I get that delivery can be tricky, but there’s just no reason to ignore your customers like this. Super disappointing—definitely wouldn’t recommend or use them again!

I’m all about Beached! Snagged some rays for days and folks keep complimenting me when I rock it. Now, this review is for Bondi Bum. The bottle turned out to be smaller than I expected, and the scent is pretty subtle. But hey, it goes on smoothly and makes my skin feel super soft!
